Bi-Monthly Workshops in Colorado!

I am so happy to announce I am hosting bi-monthly workshops on all things disordered eating/body image in the Denver, CO area!

If you would like to host one at your venue, house, gym, etc., please email me at alchemy1.0coach@gmail.com and let’s do it! I request a minimum of 5 attendees and am doing it on a donation basis - attendees can donate as they see fit.
